Duane
J. Crithfield
Director
Mr. Crithfield is a graduate
of the University of Nebraska having obtained a Masters in Administration.
He served as an officer in the U.S. Army and subsequently as a reserve
officer. Mr. Crithfield began his business career as an investment
officer for a major Midwest regional bank and was actively involved
in numerous leveraged buyouts. In the following years, Mr. Crithfield
founded a U.S. based consulting firm specializing in international
financial services. Mr. Crithfield works closely with many Caribbean
governments advising on the laws and regulations concerning banks,
trust companies and insurance companies. He assists governments
in reviewing existing and proposed legislation that affects financial
institutions.

Keithley F. T. Lake
Director
A native of Anguilla,
Mr. Lake attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where
he received his J.D. with Distinction. After graduation, he was
admitted to the Missouri Bar and worked as a staff attorney for
the Office of the Solicitor, United States Department of Labor in
Kansas City. Following his employment with the U.S. government,
he joined Allied Signal, Inc. in Kansas City as a staff attorney,
where he eventually was named Counsel, Allied Signal, Inc., Kansas
City Division. Mr. Lake then attended Norman Manley Law School at
the University of the West Indies. Upon receiving of his Legal Education
Certificate, he returned to Anguilla where he founded the law firm
Keithley F. T. Lake and Associates, Barristers and Solicitors-at-Law.
This firm is engaged in the practice of law with special emphasis
on international commercial matters.
Brenda
A. Moore, CPA, CIA
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Moore brings over 18 years of financial, accounting and management
experience to Alliance. During her seven years with Ernst &
Young, Ms. Moore provided financial and operational audits, internal
audit services and management consulting to publicly traded and
privately owned clients in various industries including insurance,
financial services, retail, health care, law and publishing. In
her positions as Controller of the Women’s Tennis Association
Tour and as CFO in the finance and telecommunications industries,
Ms. Moore was responsible for such critical functions as financial
reporting, financial budgeting, strategic operational planning,
business risk analysis, and corporate governance. Ms. Moore graduated
from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science
in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified
Internal Auditor, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs,
the Florida Institute of CPAs and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Pamela Jacobs Soulé,
B.S., J.D.
General Counsel
Mrs. Soulé is a former senior
attorney for the Florida Department of Financial Services where
she worked with investigators, criminal prosecutors and various
government agencies in the regulation of Florida’s financial
services industry for over seven years. Prior to joining Alliance
Holding Company, Mrs. Soulé served as in-house counsel to
Offshore Trust Services in Tampa for two years. While attending
law school, Mrs. Soulé gained legislative experience as an
intern with the Florida House of Representatives, Committee on Finance
and Taxation. Mrs. Soulé is a graduate of the Florida State
University, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Economics,
and Stetson College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
Mrs. Soulé has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996,
where she served on the Consumer Protection Law Committee, and she
is a current member of the Federal Middle District Court of Florida.
